We thought it was important to mention because we are approaching what is the year anniversary of the start of this damn Pan Dulce! PantyRaid! PanicAtTheDisco! Pandemy.... In this lil eppy, (Ep.4) we get to hear from our gayborhood mijo, Christopher Martinez, aka christopolis thermopolis of the podcast, For the Record with Angelina! They talk about the benefits of cold showers, deep breathing, and how they had to sit with some decisions made way back in the year 2019. These decisions affected his 2020 year just a wee bit. Although the 2020 year and situations weren't ideal, mijo is coming out of it all most definitely more empowered than ever before and we love to see it... yeet!

She talks a little about what got her through 2020, and the successes that she has experienced by putting in that hard work! HARD WORK PAYS OFF. It might not happen overnight, but you will for surely see them results if you stick to your guns, and Sangronx is walking proof. :)
